Forest City associates have joined together with residents at our apartment communities across the country to rally for kindness – one act at a time – to inspire one another and enrich the lives of neighbors.
"Kindness is contagious," said Krissy Novotny, Forest City's customer experience quality manager. "By doing good, we're creating rewarding, memorable experiences for our residents while embodying our 'How may we help you?' service motto."
Since the program began in September, more than 800 acts of kindness have been shared on forestcitycares.net and through social media posts using the #ForestCityKindnessRally hashtag.
