The New York Times Building offers premium Class A office space and ground-level retail, and was designed by the world-renowned Renzo Piano Building Workshop of Genoa and Paris, in association with FXFowle Architects of New York.
The building features 700,000 square feet of rentable space for office tenants on floors 28 through 50, plus an additional 24,000 square feet of rentable space available to retail tenants on the ground floor.
