Ballston Common Mall and Office Center is an urban mixed-use center located in the affluent, high-growth metro transit corridor of Arlington County, Virginia. The retail mall is a 580,000 square-foot, four-level shopping center located at the intersection of Glebe Road and Wilson Boulevard in the heart of Arlington approximately four miles from The White House.

The mall is connected to a 3,200-space public parking garage and the Kettler Capital's Iceplex, a community skating facility that is also the training center for the Washington Capitals NHL team. That facility attracts 1,000,000 visitors annually.
