Ballston Common Mall and Office Center is an urban mixed-use center located in an affluent, high-growth transit corridor. The four-level shopping center sits in the heart of Arlington, approximately four miles from The White House.

The mall is connected to a 3,200-space parking garage and the Kettler Capital's Iceplex, a community skating facility that is also the training center for the Washington Capitals NHL team. That facility attracts 1 million visitors annually.
