Located in Southwest Washington, D.C., atop a busy MetroRail station, Waterfront Station will include office space, residential units and retail. The project's first phase, opening in 2010, includes two new office buildings, both already fully-leased to the D.C. government.
The project also includes the reopening of Fourth Street SW which will offer expanded retail programming to include new restaurants, services and other retailers.
