Forest City is the managing member in a partnership with the U.S. Navy to manage, maintain and revitalize the neighborhoods of Navy Region - Mid-West, which includes six neighborhoods at Naval Station Great Lakes in Illinois, Naval Surface Warfare Center in Crane, Ind., and Navy-Mid-South in Millington, Tenn.
