Patterned after the Paris Opera House, The Wilson is a Dallas landmark. Built in 1904, it has served as a department store, offices and now loft apartments. Every one of its loft-style apartments is unique and they all feature the original office doors, many with frosted glass panels still stenciled with the names of the businesses that had once occupied the space.

Each apartment takes full advantage of the historic architecture by offering multiple flooring surfaces, exposed ductwork, huge windows and ceilings up to 17 feet high. There isn't another community like it in downtown.
