The Consolidated Carolina Lofts are the product of a merging of the mid-century Consolidated Building with the early 20th-century Carolina Building. The resulting lofts feature open floor plans with historic details, such as exposed brick walls and duct-work, huge concrete columns and industrial sized windows.
As part of The River Lofts at Tobacco Row development, Consolidated Carolina is home to an outdoor pool, private courtyard, 2,900-square-foot fitness center and an Italian restaurant.
