Forest City recently developed its first LEED Gold-certified building in 3055 Roslyn, a two-story, 48,000-square-foot professional office building.
The building is part of the 4,700-acre, award-winning, mixed-use Stapleton project.
As of Jan. 31, 2007, Stapleton included an estimated 7,600 residents, more than 2 million square feet of retail, a town center, office buildings, nearly 300 apartment units, five schools and several hundred acres of parks and open space.
