Northfield Stapleton is anchored by the first new Macy's store in Colorado, SuperTarget, Circuit City, Colorado's first Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World and an 18-screen Harkins Theatres. Northfield also includes approximately 50 specialty shops, restaurants and mini-box retailers such as American Eagle Outfitters, The Children's Place, Borders Books & Music, Finish Line, Hot Topic, Iron Mountain Winery, Lane Bryant/Cacique, New York & Company, OfficeMax, Old Navy, and PacSun.

According to Chuck Ratner, president and CEO of Forest City Enterprises, the grand opening of Northfield Stapleton is a “significant milestone” in Stapleton's development as a full-service community. “Northfield is the first 'power town' in all of Colorado - combining major anchor stores, specialty shops, restaurants and entertainment in an outdoor setting,” Ratner said. “Including Northfield and our existing Quebec Square and East 29th Avenue Town Center, Stapleton now has approximately 2 million square feet of combined retail space, providing a unique live-work-shop-play experience for residents and visitors alike," Ratner added.

Perhaps most importantly, Northfield Stapleton is an effective steward of the environment, creating a clean, enjoyable and sustainable gathering place for the entire community.
