 The Marina Village will offer city lots and picturesque streetscapes. The vibrant town center, conveniently filled with shops and restaurants, will provide the perfect frame for the bustling yacht harbor. Other amenities include nearly a dozen small parks and a community center with a pool that backs up to a protected cypress forest and the River Club Nature Center.

While the coastal, master-planned community will provide everything residents seek in a coastal, neighborhood destination, Bal Gra Harbor will have easy access to nearby communities and be located just one mile from Highway 17 and near the historic town of Edenton, N.C.
