New Condos & Town Homes

The addition of For Sale condos and townhomes to the Forest City Residential portfolio allows us to leverage our multifamily housing expertise to broaden our market line. By adding For Sale housing to our product mix, we can maximize our financial resources to capitalize upon changing market trends.
