Judith A. Wolfe
President, Forest City Finance Corporation

Judith A. Wolfe is president of Forest City Finance Corporation.  In this role she leads the team responsible for identifying financing sources and procuring capital for existing and new real estate projects for Forest City Commercial Group.

Wolfe joined Forest City in 1996 as vice president of origination for Forest City Finance.  Prior to joining Forest City, Wolfe was a vice president in the National Real Estate Banking Division for U.S. Bank in Minneapolis.  Prior positions included chief financial officer for Dain Corporation, a subsidiary of Dain Rauscher (Minneapolis), and senior regional controller for Trammell Crow Company (Dallas).

Wolfe earned a B.A. with honors from Southern Methodist University and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota. She is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Cleveland Real Estate Women, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Beta Gamma Sigma (business school honor society).
