Office Buildings
Forest City's office development portfolio consists of 41 office buildings containing 10.3 million square feet, with three additional buildings, representing 1.2 million square feet, currently under construction.

Forest City is primarily a build-to-suit developer that works with tenants to meet their highly specialized requirements. Office development and strategic acquisition activities are focused primarily on mixed-use projects in urban areas, with projects often operating in conjunction with hotels and shopping centers or as part of major business campuses.
  The Edgeworth Building  
  The Edgeworth Building, Tobacco Row’s 186,000-square-foot tobacco factory turned Class A office space, celebrated its official grand opening in February. Edgeworth’s primary tenants are the Hirschler Fleisher Law Firm and HKS Architects. Through years of work from concerned citizens, local and national government officials, and Forest City, Tobacco Row has been brought back to life as a residential, office and retail center – one of Richmond’s premier locations.
