    A special proclamation was awarded to Charleston Town Center on Oct. 25, 2003, in recognition of its "unrelenting commitment to excellence in retail center management, leasing, guest services and entertainment for 20 years.” The proclamation officially named Nov. 3 as Charleston Town Center Day.
