Located in Southwest Washington, D.C. atop a busy MetroRail station, this adaptive re-use project will include 1.2 million square feet of office space, 1,100 residential units and a minimum of 110,000 square feet of retail.
The project is jointly owned by Forest City Washington, Vornado/Charles E. Smith, and Bresler & Reiner, Inc.

Retail tenants will also benefit from the significant expansion of office space planned for Waterfront.
