Saddle Rock Village

Saddle Rock Village is located at the intersection of E-470 and N. Gartrell Road in Aurora, Colo. Aurora is Colorado's third largest city and the fastest growing residential population in the Denver metropolitan area. More than three dozen residential projects are expected to add 85,000 new homes and 200,000 new residents along the new E-470 corridor between Interstate 70 and I-25. Nearly half of these residential units are expected to be completed by 2010.
Saddle Rock Village is an 85-acre retail development that will span both sides of E-470. Phase I, on the north side, consists of more than 400,000 square feet. Phase II, on the south side, will consist of three major anchors and 20 additional stores and is scheduled to open in Spring 2006.
