Temecula Valley. It has been called California’s new frontier, and is situated in Riverside County, approximately 55 miles north of San Diego and 85 miles southeast of Los Angeles.
The Promenade in Temecula offers more than 1 million square feet of shopping at Sears, JCPenney, Macy's and more than 130 specialty stores. Patrons can relax and dine in the food court, while being entertained by the swinging beat of the Robo-band, a unique musical sculpture. The Promenade’s entertainment plaza features a state-of-the-art, 15-screen Edwards Cinema, home to 4,000 stadium seats.
A planned expansion will add 126,000 square feet of shopping and entertainment. The design of the expansion will provide additional retail venues and create an outdoor gathering place for local residents to relax and enjoy. The grand opening of the expansion is planned for March 2009.
