The retail center will be comprised of national, regional and local retailers, as well as restaurants and a Hyatt Place hotel. The project, which broke ground in July 2007, will open in October 2008. The Shops at White Oak Village is being developed in a partnership with Forest City Commercial Development and Pruitt Associates.
