Forest City maintains ownership interests in hotels located in strategic markets, including Pittsburgh and Cleveland, home of the Company's corporate headquarters.

Premier hotel properties include:

• The Ritz-Carlton in Cleveland's Tower City Center, a 34-acre mixed-use complex on Cleveland's Public Square.
• Pittsburgh's Sheraton Station Square, expanded in 2001 in conjunction with Forest City's mixed-use project at Station Square.

Corporate housing is also available at many of Forest City's apartment communities.
