Navy Region Northwest encompasses multiple housing neighborhoods associated with three Naval Installations in the Puget Sound ares of Washington State.

The three main regions are: East Sound, with 4 neighborhoods; West Sound, with 7 neighborhoods; and North Sound, with 6 neighborhoods. 

Forest City's plans call for the demolition and reconstruction of significant housing stock and renovation of others. When complete the region will encompass 2,965 housing units, community amenities, parks and roadways.
