Corporate Responsibility
At Forest City, we dedicate ourselves to the responsible development and ownership of our portfolio.

Our associates work tirelessly with stakeholders at our properties to make a positive impact and enhance the quality of life within each community where we operate. We actively seek to enter into long-term partnerships with communities to enhance the positive impact our properties have on the local economy and to make our neighborhoods socially diverse and attractive places to live, work and shop.

We are proud to present our fourth annual Corporate Responsibility report detailing Forest City’s activities and progress between January 2015 and December 2015. This report is published in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G4 Core option guidelines. Report data covers Forest City’s owned and operated properties in the United States, unless otherwise noted.

We collected this report's content by engaging with key stakeholders both inside and outside our organization. We also utilized industry and peer benchmarking, public ratings and rankings and direct feedback from our investors.
